Patient Satisfaction - in a hospital??

Unbelievable!  The signs say "A Great Place for Patients" and "Going for the Gold in Patient Satisfaction".  And they mean it... in Memphis if you get a desk clerk to get your paperwork done after waiting 4-5 hours and get to see a doctor within 10-12 more hours they act like they did you a favor and you better be satisfied or too bad!
